First working segment sprints with long recovery, second segment work in Zones 1, 3 and 6
Take adavantage of the long recoveries in the first segment to beat max wattage for each sprint. Try starting each sprint from a full stop. In the second half, the challenge is at the ver end where you have to recover in Zone 3.
